Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 447(FIN) am An Act making appropriations                        
relating to power cost equalization and the sale of the four dam pool          
hydroelectric project and to capitalize funds; making appropriations           
under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from           
the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective         
date be held to the April 26 calendar. Without objection, it was so            
ordered.
